Shipping

All orders are shipped within 3 business days, although I usually have them shipped within 24 hours. You will receive an email with a tracking number after your order.
I ship through USPS, unless otherwise requested. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, and these fees will not be reflected in your purchase through this site.
USPS is a separate entity from this shop and I am not responsible for what they do with packages after I ship them. If a package is delayed or lost, the customer must follow up with USPS using their tracking number. If a mail theft is suspected after delivery, the customer should file a police report.
If a package is returned to me because the customer gave an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for cost of a second, corrected shipping label.

Cancellations and Returns​

I accept returns, as long as items are shipped back to me within 7 days of receipt. They must be in their original condition, in their original packaging. Please contact me about your return at paige@affinityfloralarts.com and I will provide you with a shipping address. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

When the item reaches me, I will refund the cost of the item immediately. Since shipping costs go to USPS and not me, I do not refund that amount.

Since I frequently bring packages to the post office only a few hours after receiving an order, I cannot accept cancellations or trades.
